Item Condition + Exclusions: Items with excessive soil, debris, or contamination beyond normal household use may be declined at pickup. Items labeled dry clean only are not accepted for wash service.
 

Pockets & Personal Items: Please check all pockets before your pickup day. The Laundry Sparrow is not responsible for loss or damage caused by items left in pockets.
 

Normal Wear Disclaimer: While every item is handled with care, The Laundry Sparrow is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear, manufacturer defects, loose embellishments, or pre-existing damage.
 

Bag Fill & Additional Items: Standard bags must be rip-free, not overstuffed, and fully closed. Bags that are overstuffed, torn, or unable to be securely closed will be billed an overstuffed bag charge of $5/per bag. Sheets, pillowcases, and towels may be included in standard residential bags at the standard bag rate. Comforters can be in any bag as they are charged per item.
 

Add-On Requests: All add-ons and special requests — including scent beads, Lysol Laundry Sanitizer, folding preferences, and rush service — must be communicated prior to pickup via the booking form. Add-ons cannot be added after pickup has been confirmed.
 

Pickup & Delivery Location: Your pickup and delivery location is confirmed at booking and must be safely accessible for both pickup and delivery. Clean items are returned to the original pickup location unless otherwise arranged in advance.
 

Payment, Cancellations & Refunds: Payments can be made online prior to service or paid at time of drop-off. Failure to pay upon pickup will result in a laundry hold, we will store your laundry until payment is received up to 1 week, after which we will dispose of your belongings by donation. Cancellations must be made before pickup to receive a refund. Once laundry has been picked up or service has begun, payments are non-refundable.
 

Rush Service 24-hour rush service is available for $10 per bag, subject to scheduling availability. Rush requests must be communicated at booking — we'll confirm availability promptly. Rush service cannot be added after pickup has been scheduled.
