THREE STEP PROCESS
step one
Head to our Book Now page and fill out a quick form. Choose your service, pick your pickup date and time window, add any preferences like scent beads or folding instructions, and submit. That's it. You'll get a confirmation and we'll take it from there.
step two
On pickup day, fill your 13-gallon bags with your laundry and leave them at your front door. You don't need to be home, we'll grab it, send you a quick text so you know it's been picked up, and get to work.
step three
Your laundry comes back washed, dried, and neatly folded, usually the very next day. We'll text you when it's on its way back. Leave it on the porch or let us know if you'd like to be home for drop-off. Either way works perfectly for us.

Your bag is picked up and immediately labeled — your order is never mixed with anyone else's

Everything is washed in cold water with Free & Clear detergent to protect colors and fabrics

We dry on appropriate heat settings — nothing gets blasted on high

Your specific folding preferences are followed if noted at booking

Add scent beads for $3 per bag and we'll toss them in before drying

Your clean laundry is returned folded neatly in a fresh plastic bag
